Once we have discussed your design desires, we render a 3D graphic to give you an actual look at what your bathroom could look like. Once the design and bathroom elements are chosen, we move forward to obtain the proper permits to get started on the work.

Most bathroom remodeling projects will involve some level of demolition, which is essentially removing old fixtures, flooring, and elements that you want to be replaced. The demolition process gives our team a blank slate to incorporate all the new elements and features you want in your new space.

If the bathroom floorplan is being reconfigured, or if the remodel requires a closet or partition wall added, some framing will need to be done. We use premium, durable materials that are resilient to bathroom moisture to implement any new framework necessary for the project.

At this point, your new bathroom is ready for the elements that make it functional, so we get started with new plumbing and electrical lines. Adding the primary lines allows us to build the rest of the bathroom around these access points and conceal them properly.

Hot mopping with tar creates a waterproof barrier between the shower floor and the subfloor in your bathroom remodel. We will apply several layers of hot tar to the shower pan to ensure you get a water-resilient platform for your shower.

After your cabinets are in their place, our team comes in to finish out the cabinetry with your choice of countertops. Countertops also play a major role in the end personality of your kitchen, so every last detail is tended to, right down to the shape of the edges.

Once again, in the area of the shower, we will do any cement work necessary to finish out the drainage area. The type of cement used may vary depending on the type of shower installed.

In the event we reconfigure the walls for a new bathroom floor plan, we will be adding insulation at this point. The type of insulation used will be moisture and sound-resilient, but the exact type may be based on your preferences.

Drywall additions will also be necessary in the event your bathroom renovation involves new walls. We will use moisture and mildew-resistant sheetrock specifically designed for use in high-moisture areas.

We first prime the walls, trim, and possibly doors in preparation for new paint. Then, your chosen paint colors will be applied to the walls and ceiling where tile or another wall or ceiling covering will not be installed.

Tilework is a common element during bathroom remodeling because tile is moisture-resilient and works well for flooring, as a wall covering, and even as a shower surrounding material. Tile work can be a little time-consuming, but every step is taken to ensure a perfect end result.

Fixtures are the finishing touches during any bathroom remodel. We bring in the new plumbing fixtures, including bathtubs, faucets, showerheads, and sinks, and also finish installing any electrical fixtures, such as new lighting for the vanity.
